Job Description: An ERP IT Manager oversees the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems within an organization. They ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs, manages integrations, and provides user support. Their role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and project management related to ERP systems. Key Responsibilities:

- ERP System Management: Overseeing the full lifecycle of ERP implementation projects, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
- Integration & Maintenance: Ensuring the ERP system is properly integrated with other business systems and applications, and managing ongoing maintenance and upgrades.
- User Support & Training: Providing training and support to end-users on ERP system functionality and best practices.
- Data Integrity & Security: Ensuring data integrity and security within the ERP system, implementing appropriate access controls and backup procedures.
- Project Management: Managing ERP projects, including defining requirements, developing project plans, and monitoring progress.
- Team Leadership: Leading and mentoring the IT team responsible for ERP support and maintenance.
- Vendor Management: Managing relationships with ERP software vendors and third-party service providers.
- Strategic Planning:



Developing and implementing the IT strategy for ERP systems, aligning with the organization's overall business objectives.
- Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Analyzing system performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to optimize functionality and efficiency.
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and best practices related to ERP systems.

Required Skills and Experience:
- ERP System Knowledge: Experience with specific ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Project Management: Proven experience in managing complex IT projects.
- Technical Skills: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, data security, and software integration.
- Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to troubleshoot issues and identify solutions.
