Job Title: Group Credit Officer

Department: Credit Risk / Group Finance
Location: All Gujrat
Reports to: Head of Credit / Chief Risk Officer
(only Male can apply)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain group-wide credit risk policies and procedures.

- Review and approve large or high-risk credit exposures in accordance with internal limits and regulatory requirements.

- Monitor credit portfolio performance, identify emerging risks, and recommend remedial actions.

- Collaborate with business units to structure credit solutions that align with the organization’s risk appetite.

- Lead periodic credit portfolio reviews and prepare credit risk reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry best practices.

- Support credit rating and scoring models for retail,



corporate, and SME segments.

- Conduct due diligence and credit assessments for major transactions or new markets.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to credit analysts and relationship managers.

- Assist in stress testing, scenario analysis, and ICAAP reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.

- 8–12 years of experience in credit risk management, preferably in a banking or financial services group.

- Solid analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.

- Familiarity with Basel III/IV, IFRS 9, and other regulatory frameworks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
