- Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the entire life cycle of civil construction, including foundational work for heavy machinery (blast furnaces, coke ovens, mill structures) to ensure adherence to timelines.
- Design & Engineering Review: Review structural arrangement, connection designs, and detailed drawings (fabrication drawings) for steel structures.
- Project Management & Budgeting: Develop and manage project budgets, prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and check technical specifications.
- Contractor & Vendor Management: Lead, coordinate, and supervise contractors, consultants, and contractors' site teams. Manage tender document preparation and vendor contracts.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Ensure high-quality standards (IS standards)
