Role & Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end purchase activities for manufacturing requirements.

Follow up with vendors for quotations, Purchase Orders (POs), and material deliveries.

Visit vendor facilities whenever required to monitor production progress and resolve delays.

Ensure all vendor manufacturing processes are completed as per the project timeline.

Coordinate with Production, Design, and Planning teams to understand material priorities.

Track outsourced jobs from order placement until delivery.

Expedite delayed materials and ensure timely availability for production.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new vendors.

Compare quotations, negotiate prices, and finalize suppliers.

Maintain purchase records, vendor follow-up reports, and procurement documentation.

Coordinate with Stores and Quality teams for material receipt and inspection.

Ensure purchased materials meet quality standards and delivery commitments.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experience:



6 Months 1 Year in Purchase, Procurement, Vendor Follow-up, or Supply Chain.

Education: Any Degree / Diploma (MBA, B.Com, BBA, BE Preferred).

Good communication and negotiation skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and Email communication.

Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, fabrication, machining, or textile machinery is an added advantage.

Willing to travel to vendor locations for production follow-up.

Must possess a valid two-wheeler driving license (own vehicle preferred).

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
