Job Summary : We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled SQL Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain database systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for writing efficient SQL queries, optimizing database performance, and supporting data-driven decision-making.Required Skills : - 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in SQL development.- Strong proficiency in SQL Server 2019 and/or PostgreSQL.- Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2019, including database development, stored procedures, functions, triggers, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.- Experience with database management systems such as SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.- Good understanding of database design principles, normalization, indexing, and data modeling.- Experience in query optimization, performance tuning,



and troubleshooting.- Basic understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.- Familiarity with version control tools such as AWS CodeCommit or GitLab is a plus.- AI-savvy mindset with the ability to leverage AI-assisted tools for productivity, problem-solving, and data-related tasks.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.Positive to Have : - Experience with SQL Server 2019 Administration features, execution plan analysis, indexing strategies, and database performance monitoring.- Experience with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau.- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Shell Scripting.- Exposure to cloud database services such as Azure SQL, AWS RDS, or similar platforms.- Familiarity with AI-enabled analytics, automation tools, or modern data engineering practices.Education : - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
