Job Title: Projects Head (AVP/VP Grade) – Sustainability & Environmental Infrastructure Location: Hyderabad (Requires extensive travel across project operations) Reporting to: CEO / COO About the Role: Client is a leading organization in the environmental solutions sector seeking a highly accomplished techno-commercial leader to join them as Projects Head. You will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, delivery, commissioning, and operational integration of large-scale infrastructure and environmental projects. This pivotal role oversees an annual portfolio exceeding ₹1,000 Crores in CAPEX and OPEX projects across multiple business verticals. You will drive the successful execution of 20+ concurrent projects across 20+ locations, spanning Waste Management, Waste-to-Energy (WTE), Collection & Transportation (C&T;), Processing & Disposal (P&D;), Compressed Bio Gas (CBG), Recycling, and Utilities. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End Project Lifecycle:



Manage everything from conceptualization, engineering, and procurement to construction, commissioning, stabilization, and operational handover. Multidisciplinary Execution: Oversee Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical execution activities, including plant infrastructure, utility systems, equipment installation, and automation systems. Specialized Infrastructure Implementation: Lead the setup of Waste-to-Energy (WTE) systems (such as RDF plants and thermal treatment systems), Compressed Bio Gas (CBG) projects (anaerobic digestion plants and gas purification), and Processing & Disposal (P&D;) infrastructure (MRF facilities, landfills, and composting units).
