Pay and Benefits: Competitive compensation, including base pay and annual incentive Comprehensive health and life insurance and well-being benefits, based on location Pension / Retirement benefits Paid Time Off and Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee) The Impact you will have in this role: The IT Business Management family is responsible for impactful cross-IT programs and processes including the IT Employee Engagement Program, IT Strategy Management, IT Governance Metrics, and the System Delivery Process. As a technical business analyst on this team, you will play a role in analyzing data, writing requirements, testing requirements, automating reporting, and educating project managers and scrum masters on the System Delivery Process. You will also leverage your collaboration and leadership skills with your passion for employee engagement to stand up an IT Employee Engagement Program in DTCC's new Hyderabad office. Your Primary Responsibilities: Lead expansion of IT's employee engagement program in DTCC's Hyderabad office Contribute to analysis, requirements,
and testing of enhancements to IT Business Management dashboards and IT Governance Metrics Automation Contribute to analysis and testing of System Delivery Process enhancements across various tools, including PPM and JIRA Perform data collection and information gathering for IT Business Management reporting and presentations Partner with project management tools team and risk assessment teams in APAC region for timely responses and collaboration Help maintain and contribute to IT Business Management and System Delivery Process documentation NOTE: The Primary Responsibilities of this role are not limited to the details above.
