Job Summary
Function Summary–Corp Functions Risk Team proactively manage the evolving risks / opportunities landscape to enable long term value to Corp functions strategy through Risk Minimization, Prediction & Governance.

Function Responsibilities
Thematic Risk Minimization through Design Level Process definition/ changes in Corporate functions impacting the Enterprise/ multiple customers
Risk Management both at Enterprise and Engagement level involving the Corp functions
KRI Monitoring & Reporting of critical indicators for effectiveness of the process and proactive identification of the gaps
Governance between R&C; and Corp functions to identify improvement opportunities & enhance coordination across the Corporate functions to further enhance the current ways of working
Emergency Management Program (EMP) to enable effective governance and reporting for the program.
The candidate will be responsible for supporting risk identification, assessment, control evaluation, reporting, and continuous improvement of the ERM framework, embedding risk culture and ensuring alignment to business strategy and risk appetite. This role ensures consistent implementation of the ERM framework, facilitates risk identification, monitors KRIs, and drives remediation of high-risk issues. The Regional Manager will act as the primary liaison between ERM leadership and Corporate Functions, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk appetite and regulatory requirements. The role demands a strategic mindset, strong analytical capabilities, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Role & Responsibilities
Implement and enhance the ERM policy, risk taxonomy, and methodology (inherent / residual risk, likelihood/impact scales, risk ratings, and scoring models).
Facilitate risk governance (Monthly Governance / RCAC), prepare dashboards, and track risk appetite and tolerance metrics.




Define & govern the KRIs for prioritized risk domains & facilitate regional risk committees, escalate threshold breaches, and ensure timely closure of remediation actions.
Ensure monthly collection of KRI data along with quarterly monitoring / assessment and reporting of KRIs for prioritized risk domains.
Interface with Corp functions, Risk & Compliance team, and other internal stakeholders.
Perform timely & efficient Corp Function risk analysis & reporting to support governance meetings.
Advice in solutioning / risk mitigation strategies along with Corp Functions.
Work closely with Corp Functions & ensure regular governance to monitor & report risks with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
1. To Design Strategic And Tactical Plans That Further Enhances The Stability And Robustness Of The Compliance Organization
2. To Effectively Manage The Delivery Compliance Team Aligned To Multiple Engagements And Act As The Engagement Senior Escalation Point For Ongoing Issues.
3. To Ensure Adherence To Defined Program & Methodology And Manage The Administration, Back Office & Other Tasks/ Requirements Aligned To The Delivery Compliance Teams
4. To Oversee The Assessments Conducted By The Engagements Risks Teams And Give Feedback To The Team.
5. To Support The Engagement Risk Head In Planning And Strategizing The Er Program.

Skill Requirements
Corp BUCO (CFR) Regional Manager is expected to:
Ensure global risk policies and methodologies are applied uniformly.
Surface emerging risks early and provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Deliver accurate, timely, and executive-ready dashboards and narratives the KRI monitoring, risk minimization, and special projects.
Monitor the KRIs for prioritized the risk domains and conduct assessments to validate the KRI data.
Drive closure of high-risk issues and strengthen control maturity.
Facilitate in risk identification,



analysis & remediation of risks relating to Corp functions.
Support in the definition/ updates of the Corp functions processes for risk minimization
Perform timely & efficient Corp Function risk analysis & reporting to support governance meetings.

Other Requirements
Experience and Qualification Preferred
Mandatory Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree (Any)
ISO 27001 certification
ERM frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO ERM), risk appetite, taxonomy design, inherent/residual risk scoring.

Mandatory Experience / Skills
7–12 years overall, with 4–6 years in ERM/risk assessment, operational risk, or internal audit.
Hands-on with KRIs monitoring, tracking, and reporting, control testing, and issues management
Experience partnering with 1LoD, 2LoD, and 3LoD; strong cross-functional collaboration. Must have been engaged in Functional/Enterprise level projects/programs in a corporate involving multiples site.
Good understanding of R&C; processes (Including cyber security, privacy, regulatory, VRM, BCM, CM etc.)
Advanced Excel; proficiency with Power BI / Tableau to build risk dashboards and KRI monitoring.

Good presentation & communications skills (Written and verbal) & Collaborations.
