Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS) Lead Architect to lead the migration and implementation of SAP GTS in an SAP S/4HANA environment for Vestas. The architect will own the end-to-end solution architecture, blueprinting, integration design, delivery governance, and cutover for SAP GTS, ensuring compliant and scalable global trade processes across business units and geographies. This role is critical to shaping the target-state approach, confirming the SAP GTS deployment model and integration touchpoints, and baselining the execution plan for implementation waves.

Key Responsibilities
1) Architecture & Solution Leadership Own the end-to-end SAP GTS solution architecture for the S/4HANA target landscape (including migration approach and/or greenfield build where applicable).



Define and validate the SAP GTS deployment model and integration touchpoints with SAP S/4HANA and adjacent systems; baseline the approach for execution. Create and maintain

Skill Requirements
10+ years SAP experience with 5+ years of hands-on SAP GTS leadership (architect/lead consultant/solution lead). Proven experience leading at least one end-to-end SAP GTS implementation and one migration/upgrade/transition (or comparable transformation) in complex landscapes. Strong functional architecture understanding of: SPL screening, embargo, licensing/legal regulations, classification, and preference/trade agreement processes. Demonstrated experience defining integration touchpoints and cross-module impacts with SAP ERP/S/4HANA. Robust capability in architecture governance: HLDs, design walkthroughs, build quality gates, defect triage, and go-live readiness.
