Key Responsibilities
Develop automated workflows using Power Automate for business process automation.
Design and build custom applications using Power Apps.
Design and build custom agents using Microsoft copilot studio.
Implement and manage data structures using Dataverse, SharePoint, or basic SQL.
Build modern SPFx (SharePoint Framework) solutions including web parts and extensions.
Create secure, responsive portals using Power Pages.
Integrate Power Platform solutions across all the applications (Power BI, ERP System, Microsoft O365, Salesforce etc.).
Develop and maintain custom connectors, APIs, and web services.
Ensure adherence to governance policies, environment management process.
Perform unit testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.
Use GitHub or Azure DevOps pipelines for solution deployment.
Create technical documentation, solution diagrams,



and user guides.
Provide training to end-users and offer ongoing technical support on need basis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Co-pilot studio, AI builder, Build agentic workflows SPFx, JSON, PowerFX, JavaScript, PowerShell scripts, Basic SQL, and REST APIs.
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online administration, SharePoint components (sites, lists, libraries etc.).
Understanding of model-driven architecture, plug-ins, and business rules.
Familiarity with ALM, solution packaging, and environment strategy.
Positive to have knowledge skillset on building Power Pages.

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in Agile environments.

Preferred Qualifications
Microsoft Certification: Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200).
Exposure to AI enhanced tools like AI Builder, Copilot Studio.
Experience : 7 + years.
Education:
BE/B.Tech/MCA.
Primary Location: Bangalore.
Secondary Location: Pune.
Candidate must visit office 2-3 days a week.
