As a Sales Operations Analyst at iCIMS, you will play a vital role in supporting end-to-end sales operations across the full Go-To-Market (GTM) lifecycle. Your primary focus will be on providing operational support, data insights, and process improvements to drive revenue growth, pipeline health, and execution efficiency. You will collaborate closely with U.S.-based stakeholders and be a key player in the success of the sales team.**Key Responsibilities:**- Support both prospecting for recent business and customer retention and expansion motions, including post-sales teams like Customer Success Support and Professional Services.- Play a crucial role in pipeline management, territory planning, forecasting, reporting, and opportunity lifecycle governance.- Partner with Sales leadership to drive accurate forecasting, territory modeling, and quota planning.- Analyze stage progression, win rates, deal velocity, and pipeline hygiene to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.- Collaborate with U.S.-based sales and GTM teams to translate high-level or ambiguous requests into structured, actionable operational outputs.- Lead or contribute to sales operations initiatives and transformation projects.- Design, document, and scale sales processes across various sales segments and functions.- Manage and resolve Sales Operations support cases with accuracy and timeliness.- Work with Marketing, Finance, Customer Success, and Professional Services to ensure alignment on revenue processes, metrics, and automation initiatives.- Build and maintain performance reports to support visibility into pipeline revenue and customer health.- Create stakeholder-ready presentations and reporting packages for leadership teams.- Monitor KPIs, forecast accuracy,
and performance metrics to drive actionable insights.**Qualifications:**- A bachelors degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce, including creating reports and dashboards.- Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Clari is a plus.- Strong Excel and Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data validation.- Experience managing opportunity lifecycle processes, quote approvals, and deal desk workflows.- Exposure to CPQ systems, Gainsight, Clari, Gong, or similar GTM platforms.- Ability to work independently in globally distributed teams and effectively communicate across time zones.This role requires you to work during U.S. Eastern Time hours and collaborate with global teams in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
