Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive growth and achieve sales targets for the Loan Against Property (LAP) portfolio within the assigned zone
Manage and lead a team of sales professionals to effectively identify, acquire, and retain high-quality customers
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and implement effective sales strategies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as credit, operations, and marketing,



to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient service delivery
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of sales initiatives and identify areas for improvement
Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their skills and drive professional development

Requirements
Experience in the banking or financial services industry, with a proven track record of success in sales management and business development
Strong understanding of the Loan Against Property (LAP) market, customer needs, and competitive landscape
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders
Ability to lead and motivate a team, set clear goals, and drive performance
Proficient in data analysis, financial modeling, and decision-making to support strategic planning and decision-making
Adaptable to changing market conditions and able to quickly respond to recent challenges and opportunities
