Key Responsibilities & requirements:
Having positive knowledge of the latest circulars of RBI and its implications
Having experience in handling various audits internally including concurrent, RBI, internal and Statutory.
Having sound understanding of industry, local market practices, customers and keep up to date knowledge of EW products
Having good knowledge of excel for data analytics and analyze large, complex datasets to identify emerging credit risks, customer behaviour shifts, and portfolio vulnerabilities

Job Duties & responsibilities




Conduct financial analysis and identify potential RFA borrowers based on guidance as per RBI circular and proactively recommending them to the Red Flag Governance Group.
Engage with Tech teams both at the Bank and at the vendor’s end to ensure timely tech related enhancements including production issues are timely implemented.
Organizing, attending, actively participating and preparing minutes of the Watchlist calls for all segments
Develop and enhance monitoring tools for early-warning systems, stress indicators, and predictive frameworks.
Preparing impactful presentations and reports for senior management review and decision making.
