Job Summary
Customer Role - Sr. Consultant - IBM RTC, EWM
Strong expertise in IBM ELM suite (EWM) Additional (DNG, ETM, GCM)
Experience in ELM migration tools and methodologies
Hands-on experience in:
• Mapping file creation
• Plungin creation and Enhancements
• Data transformation and validation
Support Agile/SAFe delivery model including sprint execution, backlog refinement, and story-based delivery.
Provide L1/L2/L3 support including incident resolution, troubleshooting, and user guidance.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global teams.
Data transformation and validation
Proven experience in:
• ELM upgrades
• Performance optimization
Strong understanding of:
• Regulatory compliance (especially in healthcare/medical domains – optional but preferred)
• End-to-end traceability concepts
Demonstrate expertise in:
• Lead and execute ELM upgrades and version migrations
• Performance tuning and resolution of system performance bottlenecks
Soft Skills :
• Ability to manage multiple streams (support, enhancements, migrations) concurrently.
• Self-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving capability
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a globally distributed Agile team
