Role Description The Property Manager – Gurugram (Entry Level) is a full-time, on-site role responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of assigned properties in Gurugram. This includes coordinating guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring properties are clean, well-maintained, and stocked, and handling basic maintenance requests with vendors or internal teams. The role involves regular communication with guests and owners, resolving issues, collecting feedback, and supporting a consistent, high-quality hospitality experience aligned with JadeCaps standards.



The Property Manager will assist with local listing updates, simple price or availability adjustments, and documentation, while collaborating closely with operations, housekeeping, and support teams. The role is ideal for individuals interested in hospitality, operations, and real estate management who are eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced setting.
Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with guests, owners, and vendor partners.
- Basic operations, coordination, and organizational skills to manage multiple properties, schedules, and service requests.
- Comfort with technology, including mobile apps, dashboards, spreadsheets, and messaging tools for property and guest management.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail for handling guest issues, property checks, and quality assurance.
- Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including occasional evenings or weekends based on operational needs.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in hospitality, business, real estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Prior internship or entry-level experience in property management, hospitality, customer service, or operations is an advantage.
- Comfort in a fast-paced, startup environment and willingness to take ownership and learn quickly.
