Job Summary
The Technical Lead is responsible for leading and overseeing the web development projects using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular. The role involves managing the development team, ensuring timely delivery of projects, and maintaining high-quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of web applications using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish timelines for project delivery.
• Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and ensure best practices are followed in development processes.
• Troubleshoot technical issues, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance.
• Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to suggest innovative solutions and drive continuous improvement within the team.

Skill Requirements
• Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Angular for web development.




• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross browser compatibility.
• Experience in leading development teams and managing projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders effectively.

Other Requirements
• Relevant Certifications in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, and Angular are a plus.

To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion
• To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions; define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
• To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
• To ensure process compliance in the assigned module and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
• To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
