Role Description

We are looking for an Outreach Specialist to join our team and help generate qualified leads through personalized email outreach.

The ideal candidate is an excellent writer with strong attention to detail and experience in prospecting, researching potential clients, and crafting personalized emails that start meaningful conversations. You'll be responsible for managing outreach campaigns, tracking results, and continuously improving performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify potential clients that match our target audience
- Build and maintain prospect lists
- Write personalized cold emails tailored to each prospect
- Execute and manage email outreach campaigns




- Follow up with prospects to maximize response rates
- Track outreach performance, replies, and conversions
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to improve messaging and outreach strategies

Qualifications

- Previous experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, or business development
- Excellent written English and strong email copywriting skills
- Ability to research prospects and personalize outreach at scale
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience using email outreach tools and CRMs is a plus
- Comfortable managing multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously
- Self-motivated and results-driven
