- Conduct end-to-end credit appraisal for Mid and Large Corporate borrowers.
- Analyze audited financial statements, cash flows, CMA data, banking conduct, and business performance.
- Assess working capital requirements and recommend suitable credit structures.
- Evaluate fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities.
- Prepare detailed Credit Appraisal Memos (CAM) and present recommendations to the sanctioning authority.
- Perform financial ratio analysis, industry analysis, and borrower risk assessment.
- Evaluate repayment capacity, debt servicing ability, and overall creditworthiness.
- Assess and validate collateral/security offered for secured lending proposals.
- Review legal, valuation, technical, and due diligence reports.
- Coordinate with Relationship Managers, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Credit Administration teams for timely sanction and disbursement.
- Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor existing credit exposures through annual reviews, renewals, covenant monitoring, and early warning signal identification.
- Support portfolio quality by identifying credit risks and recommending suitable mitigation measures.

Eligibility Criteria
Education
- CA (Chartered Accountant) or
- MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)
Experience
- Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience in Corporate Credit.
- Experience in Mid and Large Corporate Banking is mandatory.
- Solid experience in Working Capital Finance and Secured Lending.
- Experience in Banks or NBFCs is preferred.
