About The Job:

- We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our dynamic Cloud, Engineering, Data and Analytics (CEDA) practice.
- The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked for 5-7 years in industry closely working with Japanese stakeholders.
- The candidate should have a strong understanding and experience of Japanese culture, habits and customs, and especially so from a point of view of working with Japanese business stakeholders.
- Some exposure to and understanding of technology wrt. data, analytics and cloud is necessary.
- Spoken and written fluency in Japanese (N2/N3 level) with proven experience coordinating with Japanese stakeholders is a must.
- The ideal candidate would have lived in and worked in Japan either on an on-going basis or for work-related visits and would be deeply familiar with Japanese culture.
- This person would be working with *** India's local D&A; team and would have the following :

Essential Job Functions:
- Translate English to Japanese and vice-versa as required to facilitate seamless communication Read the room through a deeper cultural and customs context along with spoken or written communication to provide a clearer picture to *** IN and its Japanese counterparts and /or Japanese customers Actively contribute to proposal design and development Actively contribute to program delivery by participating in SCRUMs, stand-up meetings, calls, debriefs and ongoing communications with our Japanese counterparts K
- Have been a part of designing, developing, and maintaining data/cloud/AI solutions. Manage and coordinate with Japanese stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and documentation.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver solutions Document technical specifications, processes, and user guides in English and Japanese decorum.
- For non-technical areas, provide training and support to end-users for delivered solutions in Cloud, Data and AI applications

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree Proven experience managing and coordinating with Japanese stakeholders Japanese language certification (JLPT N2 or N3) or equivalent proficiency Travelled to Japan working on ground with Japanese clients.
