The Receptionist Cum Telecaller will greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and assist with inquiries. You will also make outgoing calls to connect with clients and provide them with information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Front Desk Management**: Welcome visitors warmly and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department. Ensure a clean and organized reception area.

2. **Call Handling**: Answer incoming calls promptly, providing accurate information and assistance. Take messages when necessary and ensure timely follow-up.

3. **Telecalling**: Make outgoing calls to potential clients, informing them about our offerings and addressing any queries they may have. Maintain a record of calls and customer interactions.

4. **Administrative Support**: Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing correspondence.

5. **Database Maintenance**:



Update and maintain customer databases to ensure accuracy and accessibility of information.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should possess effective communication skills, both verbal and written. A pleasant phone manner is essential for handling calls positively.
