CONFIDENTIAL — We are conducting a confidential search for a Global Capability Centre (GCC) Director to lead the establishment and scaling of a high-performance capability centre in Bengaluru. This is a high-impact, director-level opportunity on a hybrid mode for a senior operations leader who will own the end-to-end strategy, build-out, and operational excellence of a GCC serving global business functions including technology, data, finance, and shared services.

In this role, you will define and execute the GCC strategy aligned with global headquarters objectives, lead site build-out including talent acquisition, infrastructure, and vendor ecosystem development. You will establish operational governance frameworks, drive service delivery excellence across multiple functions, and build a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. You will manage P&L; for the GCC,



oversee workforce planning and talent development, and serve as the primary liaison between the India centre and global leadership.

This is a rare prospect to build and lead a strategic capability centre from the ground up in India's most agile talent market, with the mandate to scale from inception to a multi-hundred-person operation.

Nice to have
Experience establishing GCCs for Fortune 500 or large multinational organisations
Track record scaling operations from 0 to 500+ headcount
Familiarity with Indian labour law, SEZ regulations, and STPI frameworks
Experience with shared services transformation and automation
MBA from a top-tier institution
