Job Summary
SRE – NEAP Analytics Engineer
Join our NEAP Analytics team to power Nuance Insights, an omni-channel data & analytics platform on Azure. We deliver real-time insights through advanced data pipelines and interactive dashboards, ensuring platform stability, security, and performance.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure
• Build ETL pipelines with Azure Data Factory, EventHub, Kafka, Apache Storm
• Create dashboards using Tableau & Power BI
• Implement CI/CD, IaC (Terraform, Bicep), and container orchestration (AKS, Helm)
• Ensure security & compliance with SSL/TLS, Azure Key Vault, AD, MFA
• Monitor systems using Grafana, Zenoss, Azure Log Analytics

Skill Requirements
• Robust Azure expertise




• Hands-on experience with data integration & visualization tools
• Familiarity with DevOps, automation, and security best practices
