Job Description

Role Responsibilities:
Contribute to strategic projects that automate and manage Tower s global production workplace.
Build products and automation solutions across web (frontend/backend), stream processing, microservices, and databases.
Participate in the developer on-call rotation to support SEFO-provided solutions.
Collaborate with other technical teams as needed.
Document specifications, contribute to architectural decisions, and evolve solutions for trading infrastructure and operational challenges.

Minimum Qualifications (must-have)
Bachelor s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field.
3+ years of experience in software engineering.
Robust programming and computer science fundamentals.




Proficiency building web services in at least one of Golang (preferred), Python (preferred), Rust (Must have), Java, Java Script, or Type Script .
Experience with Linux systems and shell scripting.
Experience with relational and/or non relational databases.
Understanding of web technologies and full-stack development.
Ability to deploy/manage applications independently, including Dev Ops responsibilities.
Familiarity with automation
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with bare metal setups
