Amrit Kaur Artistry is a leading luxury beauty brand known for delivering premium beauty experiences. We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Sales Representative to support business growth, expand market reach, and drive enrollments for our Master Classes Program along with luxury beauty services.

Key Responsibilities
Drive admissions and enrollments for Amrit Kaur Artistry’s Master Classes Program.
Conduct institutional outreach, including presentations, seminars, workshops, and career guidance sessions to promote training programs and career opportunities.
Develop and implement business development strategies to increase brand visibility and program enrollments.
Generate revenue through promotion of luxury beauty services, bridal makeup services, and skilled Master Classes.
Represent the brand at networking events, exhibitions, beauty expos, educational seminars, and industry collaborations.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and institutions while ensuring a high standard of customer experience.
Work closely with marketing and training teams to execute campaigns, workshops, campus activations,



and lead-generation initiatives.

Requirements
Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Sales and Business Development.
Prior experience in the beauty, luxury, fashion, lifestyle, education, or wedding industry is preferred.
Candidates with experience in leading beauty academies and institutions such as Lakmé Academy, VLCC Institute, Toni & Guy Academy, BBlunt Academy, Pearl Academy, or similar reputed organizations will be preferred.
Experience in educational institutions, training academies, or skill development programs will be an added advantage.
Proven ability to generate revenue, build partnerships, and achieve sales targets.
Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
