Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure smooth operation.
Document application configurations and customizations to maintain transparent records for future reference.
Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM).
Experience with application design and configuration within Service Now platforms.
Ability to customize workflows and automate business processes using Service Now tools.
Robust problem-solving skills to address technical challenges and optimize application performance.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within Service Now settings.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Service Now Customer Service Management (CSM).
This position is based at our Nagpur office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
