Job Summary
The Application Operations Analyst is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support for enterprise applications, ensuring high availability, timely incident resolution, and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role involves close coordination with users, internal teams, and clients while supporting multiple business-critical tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Application & Incident Management
• Handle ServiceNow Incidents, Tasks, and Change Requests while meeting defined SLAs.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the form of KB articles in ServiceNow for future references.
• Actively participate in Major Incident (MI) management, including bridge calls.

SAP Application Support
• Provide operational support for SAP GUI functionality.
• Manage incidents related to SAP applications.




• Support deployment & rollout activities in coordination with Rollout and Packaging team.

Remote Access & Security Tool Support
• Support AnyDesk client functionality. Handle remote access incidents and user access role requests.
• Supporting for Palo Alto Global Protect (GPC) incidents related to VPN connectivity.
• Ensure secure access management as per organizational policies.

Adobe Sign Support
• Resolve Adobe Sign user and access-related issues.
• Troubleshoot document signing and workflow problems.

Browser & End-User Application Support
• Address browser-related issues impacting application performance and usability.
• Support standard enterprise-approved browsers.

User, Team & Client Coordination
• Act as the primary point of contact for application-related user issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Provide regular updates to clients and ensure effective communication.
