As a telecaller at Shristi Associates, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction. We are looking for a energetic individual with excellent communication skills, proficiency in MS Excel, and a good understanding of internet research. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional service and are eager to excel in a fast-paced workplace, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services.
Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions in MS Excel.
Handle customer inquiries and provide relevant information in a professional manner.
Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
Continuously improve communication skills and product knowledge to better serve our customers.
