About the job

Key responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers in a warm and qualified manner.
Take customer orders accurately and recommend menu items when required.
Serve food, beverages, and desserts efficiently while maintaining SMOOR's service standards.
Ensure guest satisfaction by responding promptly to customer requests and concerns.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, service counters, and workstations.
Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth order preparation and service.
Handle billing and POS transactions when required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs at all times.

Client Relationship Customer Support English Proficiency (Spoken) Hindi Proficiency (Spoken)

Earn certifications in these skills

Other requirements
10th/12th pass or Graduate.
Experience in restaurants, cafés, QSR, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.




Valuable communication skills in English.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and weekends.
Well-groomed appearance with a customer-first attitude.

Salary

Probation:

Duration: 6 months

Salary during probation: ₹15,000 - 16,000 /month (only for freshers)

After probation:

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,16,000 /year
