Key Responsibilities:
Contact prospective learners through calls and follow-ups.
Understand candidates' career aspirations and learning needs.
Explain our learning programs and their benefits.
Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective customers.
Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Deliver an excellent customer experience throughout the admission process.
