Job Summary
Configuration manager: Responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of Asset & Configuration Management operations, ensuring CMDB accuracy, integrity, and lifecycle management across all service providers. Drives audit compliance, data governance, and integration of configuration data with Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes, while enabling continuous improvement through KPI reviews, tooling enhancements, and stakeholder training.

Key Responsibilities
Owns day‑to‑day Service Request Catalogue operations, including requirement gathering, analysis, addition, modification, and retirement of service requests through defined Change Management processes.
Ensures accurate design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Service Requests by coordinating with technical teams, managing UAT, validating workflows/SLAs, and maintaining high‑quality documentation and training materials.




Drives continuous improvement and catalogue governance by analysing request trends, maintaining service and offering information, publishing catalogue updates, enabling user training, and ensuring reliable self‑service consumption through the ITSM platform.

Skill Requirements
Very robust Influential relationship management skills with stakeholders, senior management, colleagues and external service providers. Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organisation.
• Robust oral and written communication skills
• Robust problem solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve
• Supervisory skills and the ability to leverage support from other parts of the organization
• Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, but specifically at senior management level.
• Understanding of Technologies & ITSM Tool
• Coordination, negotiation, and persuasion skills
