Job Summary
The Senior Business Specialist with a focus on HL7 (Health Level Standard) will be responsible for managing and optimizing the healthcare data exchange processes within the organization. The role involves ensuring compliance with HL7 standards, facilitating seamless communication between various healthcare systems, and driving efficiency in healthcare data interoperability.

Key Responsibilities
Implement and maintain hl7 (health level standard) standards within the organization to ensure smooth data exchange between different healthcare systems.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement hl7 interfaces for data exchange.
Troubleshoot and resolve hl7 integration issues by working closely with technical teams and healthcare specialists.




Develop and maintain documentation related to hl7 standards, interface specifications, data mappings, and data flow diagrams.
Stay updated with the latest hl7 standards and industry trends to recommend process improvements and best practices for healthcare data interoperability.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in hl7 (health level standard) including hl7 v2.x and hl7 v3.x standards.
Experience in implementing hl7 interfaces and data exchange protocols.
Knowledge of healthcare information systems, data integration, and data mapping concepts.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot hl7 integration issues effectively.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross functional teams and external healthcare partners.
Ability to adapt to changing healthcare regulations and technological advancements impacting hl7 standards.

Other Requirements
Certification in HL7 standards will be a plus.
