Requirements
4–8+ years of experience in Salesforce Vlocity development with strong expertise in Order Management and Orchestration (XOM) within Telecom BSS environments.
Design, develop, and configure Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Order Management (XOM) solutions.
Configure Order Decomposition, Orchestration Plans, Task Dependencies, and Order Sequencing.
Build and manage Orchestration Plans, Orchestration Items, Decomposition Relationships, and Order Lifecycle States.
Implement Order Enrichment, Fulfillment, Provisioning, Billing, and Assetization processes.




Integrate Salesforce Industries with network/provisioning and billing systems.
Troubleshoot order fallout, resolve stuck orders, perform root cause analysis, and address dependency and integration issues.
Robust hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) Order Management (XOM/COM).
Expertise in Order Orchestration, Order Decomposition, Fulfillment Flows, Orchestration Plans, Items, and Dependencies.
Proficiency in Apex and Salesforce integrations.
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
