Job Summary
Responsible for end to end delivery, including requirement gathering, development, System testing, UAT support, deployment and warranty support.
Responsible for all stakeholder managements - business and IT
Need to co-ordinate with all the teams like Dev. QA, Support and Business stakeholders.
Need to update the weekly and monthly reports and forecast.
Proactively manage the updates and communication with business and other stakeholders.
Risk and Release management

Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
Solid Healthcare Payer domain Knowledge - Facets configurations (plan, group), understand enrollment process, Claim Process, Eligibility, claim extract, Accumulator calculation
Solid leadership skills who can drive the end-to-end delivery of the team
10+ years of experience as Business Analyst or System Analyst for Healthcare payer domain
Extensive experience of working in waterfall and Agile methodology.
Positive communication skill for requirement gathering as this would be business facing role.
Strong in Documenting the Business Requirement Specifications (BRD).
Handon experience of Azure DevOps (ADO)
Good understanding of SQL queries etc.
Should have basic understanding of API and should able to check results of API using Postman
