Key Responsibilities:
Technology Roadmap & Architecture: Define cloud strategy, services/microservices architecture, and data strategy to support scalable solutions.
Engineering Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow the engineering team; drive hiring, coaching, and career development.
Delivery & Quality: Oversee CI/CD pipelines, testing strategy, observability, incident management, and problem resolution.
Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures, compliance protocols, and risk management frameworks.
Budget & Vendor Management: Optimize cloud costs, manage external vendors, and ensure cost-effective technology delivery.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Product, Sales, and executive teams on OKRs, prioritization, and strategic initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:




4+ years as CTO in a similar or larger company; 6+ years in technology leadership roles.
Proven experience in scaling platforms and teams, ensuring high availability (e.g., 99.9%) and faster time-to-market.
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD (Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
Robust understanding of security and compliance, including audit readiness, policy enforcement, and access management.
Exceptional organizational, change management, and stakeholder communication skills (both DE/EN).
