Job Description:
Responsibilities:

- Work closely with UX, creative, content, technology and marketing teams to define and execute design solutions across UI, web, CRM/email, social, video, motion and print.
- Translate briefs, user journeys, brand guidelines and stakeholder inputs into visually clear, engaging and effective design outputs.
- Create UI layouts, visual systems, wireframes, prototypes, design explorations, storyboards, campaign assets and production-ready files.
- Use Figma and FigJam for collaborative design, layout exploration, prototyping, design reviews and handoff-ready UI deliverables.
- Use AI-assisted tools such as, Figma Make, Adobe Firefly, Google Gemini, ChatGPT, DALL-E, Google Imagen and BRIA to support concepting, visual exploration, image generation and rapid creative iteration.
- Support AI-driven image and video workflows using tools such as RunwayML, Google Veo, ElevenLabs and approved platform integrations where relevant to the brief.
- Develop motion graphics and video content using Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar tools.
- Maintain design consistency across brand systems, campaigns, UI modules, templates, presentations and production outputs.
- Apply strong human quality control to all AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs, ensuring brand fit, visual accuracy, accessibility, usability and production readiness.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of design assets into digital experiences.
- Stay updated on UI, visual design, motion, AI creative tools, accessibility, content production and platform trends.

Skills and Qualifications
Primary Skills:

- Strong visual design craft with a portfolio covering UI, digital campaigns, motion/video, social and print work.
- Proficiency in Figma is essential; working knowledge of FigJam, Figma Make, component libraries,



responsive layouts and design-system hygiene is preferred.
- Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Ability to create wireframes, UI screens, design explorations, mood boards, storyboards, prototypes and presentation-ready creative concepts.
- Working knowledge of generative AI tools for creative tasks, including Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL-E, Google Imagen and BRIA.
- Awareness of AI video, audio and motion workflows using tools such as RunwayML, Google Veo, ElevenLabs, TalkBox or Google Lyria where relevant.
- Understanding of AI-assisted production workflows such as bulk image generation, prompt-led asset creation, synthetic imagery, template-based versioning and rapid variation generation.
- Hands-on knowledge of print production, prepress basics, file optimisation and cross-channel production specifications.

AI fluency expectations
- Ability to write clear prompts and refine outputs through structured iteration.
- Ability to judge when AI output is useful, when it needs human correction, and when it should not be used.
- Ability to maintain brand safety, visual consistency, accessibility and production quality in AI-assisted outputs.
- Ability to document or explain AI-assisted design choices to internal stakeholders when needed.
- Comfort with trying newer AI workflows while staying practical, responsible and delivery-focused.
