MAJOR ACTIVITIES
RFQ Preparation & Sourcing Plan Support
Prepare RFQ packages for BOP & Non-BOP commodities. Support the creation and tracking of sourcing plans. Assist in managing sourcing progress to ensure timely completion.

Cost Fluctuation & Performance Reporting
Prepare cost fluctuation reports between milestones for effective tracking. Develop and maintain performance dashboards for BOP, Non-BOP, and quality teams.

Purchase Order Creation & Administration Support
Create purchase orders for all types of BOP/Non-BOP requirements. Provide administrative support for sourcing and procurement activities.

Parts Exportation Sourcing & Low Turnover Commodities
Assist in sourcing parts for exportation, focusing on LCC. Source low turnover commodities such as fasteners and aftersales products.

Supplier Negotiation & Cost Reduction
Negotiate with suppliers to control TDC (Total Delivered Cost). Support cost reduction initiatives to achieve better pricing and efficiency.
