Job Summary
Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled UKG Pro WFM Consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations and enhancements of UKG Dimensions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of workforce management processes, technical solutioning, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
Regulatory Analysis & Solution Design: Interpret local laws and policies to design compliant technical solutions.
Project Management: Manage projects from initiation to deployment,



collaborating with internal stakeholders to define requirements, develop business solutions, and provide post-production support.
Lifecycle Ownership: Lead all phases of the project lifecycle including requirement gathering, solution design, development, and delivery.
System Build & Configuration: Configure systems in alignment with design specifications, ensuring best practices and adherence to requirements.
Testing Support: Provide functional and UAT testing support to ensure solution quality and readiness.
