About the Role:

As an Admission Counsellor, you will be responsible for the consultative selling of online undergraduate and postgraduate degree programs to working specialists, fresh graduates, and students. You will guide prospective learners through the complete enrollment journey, from inquiry to admission, while ensuring a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and follow up with existing leads to achieve sales targets.




Engage with candidates through calls, online demos, trial sessions, emails, and chats.
Understand candidates' educational background, career aspirations, and learning goals.
Guide prospective learners toward suitable degree programs, including BA, BCom, BSc, MA, MCom, MCA, MBA, and others.
Build meaningful conversations with prospective candidates and support them throughout the enrollment process.
Manage the sales funnel using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, and NoPaperForms.
Follow structured sales processes and maintain high standards of consultative selling.
Consistently achieve assigned sales targets.

Requirements:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to engage with prospective learners and understand their educational needs.
Experience in consultative or B2C sales is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, LeadSquared, or NoPaperForms is an added advantage.
Target-oriented with robust relationship management skills.
