A quick-scaling edtech innovator powering the future of career readiness in India, we design high-impact digital learning experiences that accelerate professional growth for millions. Our marketing engine drives user acquisition, retention, and conversion through data-led experimentation, personalized messaging, and performance-first campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and emerging channels.

We're building a growth team that turns insights into revenue, and we need a Performance Marketing & Growth Manager to own the playbook. Role & Responsibilities
Own end-to-end performance marketing: plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, Tik Tok, and programmatic platforms to hit CAC and ROAS targets.
Design and manage A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels to unlock conversion lifts and reduce drop-offs.
Collaborate with product and design teams to build and iterate growth loops — from onboarding to activation to monetization.
Use GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and SQL (or no-code tools like Supermetrics) to extract insights,



track KPIs, and forecast performance.
Manage ad spend allocation across channels, test new formats (UGC, reels, shoppable ads), and scale high-performing creatives using agile creatives and audience segmentation.
Develop and maintain growth playbooks that document experiment learnings, attribution models, and scalable frameworks for future campaigns.
