Responsibilities
• Develop and implement effective talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top-performing employees
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address talent gaps, and design tailored solutions to meet the organization's needs
• Provide guidance and support to managers on various HR-related matters, such as performance management, career development, and employee engagement




• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a talent management or HR advisory role, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong understanding of talent management best practices and the ability to translate them into practical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in data analysis and the use of HR analytics tools to drive informed decision-making
• Demonstrated problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and adapt to changing business needs
