Job Summary
The IaaS Azure Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting and optimizing cloud infrastructure operations. This position focuses on independently resolving technical tickets, providing on-call support, and conducting thorough root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction. The administrator will contribute to knowledge management and training initiatives, ensuring a high-quality service delivery aligned with organizational standards.

Key Responsibilities
Resolve Technical Support Tickets Independently By Utilizing Iaas Azure And Terraform, Ensuring Adherence To Quality Standards And Regulatory Requirements While Meeting Agreed Slas.
Provide On-Call Support For Escalated Issues,



Performing Root Cause Analysis Using Azure Kubernetes And Windows Azure Paas To Identify And Implement Effective Solutions.
Facilitate Value-Adding Activities Such As Updating And Managing Knowledge Bases, Conducting Training Sessions For Current Hires, And Coaching Analysts To Enhance Team Capabilities.
Ensure A Positive Customer Experience By Achieving First Call Resolution Metrics And Minimizing Case Reopens Through Effective Problem-Solving And Communication.
Monitor And Maintain The Performance Of Azure Iaas Settings, Implementing Best Practices And Troubleshooting Issues To Ensure Operational Excellence.

Skill Requirements
Proficient In Iaas On Azure And Iac Using Terraform.
Solid Understanding Of Azure Kubernetes And Windows Azure Paas.
Familiarity With Ticketing Systems And Incident Management Processes.
Ability To Analyze Issues And Implement Effective Resolutions Independently.

Other Requirements
Optional: Azure Administrator Certification.
