We are seeking a agile Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to spearhead our marketing efforts, drive growth, and build our brand from the ground up.

Position Overview:
As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you will be responsible for developing and executing Uracreator’s marketing strategy with a focus on brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement. In a quick-paced startup workplace, you'll wear many hats, leading both high-level strategy,



working with an agency and hands-on execution.

Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with Uracreator’s mission and growth goals.
Customer Acquisition & Growth: Drive user acquisition through performance marketing, organic growth strategies, and cutting-edge campaigns across channels.
Brand Development: Establish and evolve the Uracreator brand, ensuring it resonates with our young target audience of personal-growth conscious individuals.
Social Media & Content: Lead Uracreator’s social media strategy, creating engaging content and campaigns that drive community engagement.
Growth Hacking: Use data-driven experimentation to test and optimize current growth channels and strategies.
