Job Summary
This role drives strategic client engagements and business growth within the Delivery Process Outsourcing (DPO) practice. The individual leads consulting initiatives, develops cutting-edge outsourcing solutions, and fosters executive-level relationships to deliver transformative value for clients. They are accountable for shaping organizational strategy, expanding market presence, and ensuring the successful execution of complex delivery programs.

Key Responsibilities
Lead DPO consulting engagements by defining, architecting, and implementing enterprise-scale outsourcing solutions using advanced delivery frameworks and methodologies.




Develop and execute business development strategies leveraging market analysis, client insights, and industry trends to expand the DPO portfolio.
Build and maintain executive client relationships, providing strategic advisory on process optimization, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Oversee the governance and delivery of large-scale outsourcing programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational standards.
Drive innovation in DPO service offerings by integrating emerging technologies, automation platforms, and best practices to enhance client outcomes.
Collaborate with internal leadership to shape organizational vision, influence cross-domain initiatives, and ensure strategic alignment across business units.
