Job Summary
The iObserve L2 Support Engineer is responsible for Level‑2 operations and support of the iObserve observability platform, including monitoring, alert analysis, and incident resolution. The role involves device onboarding, threshold tuning, dashboard validation, and root cause analysis across network and hybrid infrastructure. The engineer works closely with L1 teams, AIOps, Network, and ITSM to ensure monitoring accuracy and operational stability. They also contribute to SOP adherence, continuous improvement, and BAU readiness activities.
