Job Summary
As a Technical Lead specializing in Kotlin and java, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development team in the successful execution of projects. Your primary objective will be to ensure the productive design, implementation, and maintenance of software solutions using Kotlin and java.

Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and deployment of software applications.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices.




Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in kotlin, java, and related technologies.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in kotlin and java programming languages, with springboot.
Solid experience in software development and design principles.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Valuable communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
Solid understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
Experience with database management systems and web application development.
Familiarity with cloud technologies and devops practices.

Other Requirements
Kotlin Certified Programmers are highly preferred.
