Responsibilities :
We are seeking a energetic and skilled Product Engineer to join PPR team. This role is critical in bridging the gap between our customer-facing teams and the development team. As a Product Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer escalations, analyzing complex issues, and driving resolutions that enhance the customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer escalations, analyze technical issues and troubleshooting complex scenarios and ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Collaborate closely with customer-facing teams to gather detailed issue reports and route to the development team accordingly.




• Build and maintain a repository of customer knowledge to assist in quicker issue identification and resolution.

Technical Expertise:
• Ability to empathize with customers and understand their challenges and pain points.
• Problem-Solving Skills like robust analytical skills to identify the root cause of issues.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to act as a liaison between development and customer facing teams.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
