Job Summary
Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Time & Labor and related HCM modules (Core HR). Assist in requirement gathering and fit-gap analysis with business users. Perform system configuration based on approved functional designs. Support testing activities (unit, system, and user acceptance testing). Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues in collaboration with technical teams. Prepare functional documentation including configuration workbooks and test scripts. Understanding of HCM data model and business processes. Basic knowledge of Core HR and Absence Management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a cooperative, cross-functional team environment. Oracle HCM Cloud certification in OTL or Absence Management. Exposure to HCM Extracts, Quick Formulas, or BI Publisher reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs for reporting and analytics.
Design and develop complex reports,



dashboards, and visualizations in Oracle Fusion OTBI.
Provide technical expertise in Oracle Fusion OTBI to troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure data accuracy.
Customize and configure Oracle Fusion OTBI to enhance reporting capabilities based on business requirements.
Conduct training sessions and provide guidance to end-users on utilizing Oracle Fusion OTBI for data analysis and decision-making.
Stay updated on Oracle Fusion OTBI features and enhancements to recommend best practices and improvements.

Skill Requirements
Proficiency in Oracle Fusion OTBI report development and customization.
Robust understanding of Oracle Fusion OTBI data models, subject areas, and security features.
Experience in designing and implementing complex reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical solutions in Oracle Fusion OTBI.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and end-users effectively.

Other Requirements
Oracle Fusion OTBI Certification is preferred.
