Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the team.
Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Skilled & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Talend ETL.
Solid knowledge of data integration techniques and best practices.
Experience with designing and implementing ETL workflows and data pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud-based data services and their integration with ETL tools.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize ETL processes for performance and reliability.
Understanding of data quality, transformation, and validation methods.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Talend ETL.
This position is based at our MDC5C - SEZ location.
A 15 years full time education is required.
