Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP PLM SI (Product Lifecycle Management System Integration) Consultant/Analyst to lead the seamless integration between Siemens Teamcenter and our SAP ERP (ECC or S/4HANA) environments. You will design, configure, and maintain integration architectures that synchronize engineering data with manufacturing operations to ensure flawless production handovers and engineering change management.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Configuration:
Architect and configure SAP PLM SI to support engineering-to-manufacturing workflows, including BOM synchronization, material master creation, and production handover.
Teamcenter Integration:
Deliver bi-directional integration between SAP and Siemens Teamcenter. Implement and support integrations using Teamcenter Connectors (T4S/T4EA or equivalent).
Engineering Change Management:
Design and implement integrated engineering change management processes (ECR/ECN)



to maintain data consistency between systems.
Manufacturing Alignment:
Collaborate with engineering, supply chain (SAP MM), and production (SAP PP) teams to support digital thread initiatives and end-to-end product traceability.
Governance & Documentation:
Create functional specifications, integration runbooks, and data policies. Provide 3rd-line support and training to end-users during BAU transitions.

Skill Requirements
Education:
University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent combination of work and skilled experience).
Experience:
years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting SAP PLM, PLM SI, and enterprise-level system integrations.
Technical Expertise:
Deep knowledge of SAP PLM SI, SAP S/4HANA master data objects (materials, BOMs, routings, work centers), and Teamcenter adapters.
Integration Knowledge:
Hands-on experience mapping CAD data, material data, and document management using middleware like IDOCs, APIs, or SAP BTP Integration Suite.
Other Requirements:
SAP Certified Development Qualified is highly desired.
