Its portfolio covers a wide range of cables up to 33 kV and overhead conductors.

Key Responsibilities

Manage complete pre-shipment and post-shipment export/import documentation.

Prepare and verify commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, airway bills, certificates of origin and banking documents.

Handle DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE and related government compliances.

Manage Advance Authorisation, DFIA, RoDTEP and applicable export incentives.

Support AEO documentation, compliance records, audits and renewals.

Handle E-BRC, export-realisation tracking and closure of banking documentation.

Coordinate LC, collection, remittance and other export-banking transactions.

Coordinate with banks, CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and internal departments.

Maintain licence-utilisation, shipment,



incentive and compliance trackers.

Record and reconcile international sales, receivables, freight, banking charges and related accounting entries.

Support international accounts, audits, reconciliations, MIS and management reporting.

Work closely with the Head – International Finance, Accounts & Global Trade Compliance.

Candidate Profile

B.Com, M.Com, MBA International Business/Finance, CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

4–8 years of hands-on EXIM operations experience, preferably with a manufacturing exporter.

Practical knowledge of DGFT, Customs, ICEGATE, AEO, E-BRC and export banking.

Experience with Advance Authorisation, DFIA, RoDTEP and export incentives.

Experience independently preparing and checking export/import documentation.

Working knowledge of international accounting, ERP systems and Excel.

Robust coordination, record-keeping and follow-up capabilities.

Comfortable working full time in office in Ghaziabad.

General accounting candidates without hands-on export/import operations and documentation experience will not be suitable for this role.
